About the Role As a Chef de Partie, you will be a key member of our culinary team, assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes across our dining outlets. You will work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain standards, innovate menus, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all food sanitation and safety requirements. Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared. Assist with menu development alongside the Executive Chef. Train, guide, and mentor junior kitchen staff. Requirements Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a similar environment. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen best practices. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Certificate or diploma in culinary arts is advantageous.
