Requirements for this role: Looking for candidates available to work: Mon morning Mon afternoon Tue morning Tue afternoon Wed morning Wed afternoon Thu morning Thu afternoon Fri morning Fri afternoon Sat morning Sat afternoon 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role The Role: Agricultural sales of established brands in new and used machinery including mowers, tractors, RTV’s, Skid Steers and farm implements. To be successful in this role you must have exceptional customer service and negotiation skills and sound knowledge of the agricultural machinery industry. Key tasks for this role include: Represent the company for the sale of agricultural and residential machinery Actively pursue new business opportunities whilst maintaining the current customer base. Maintain focus on company profit margins. Develop knowledge of financing options to assist customers Attend applicable sales training events/seminars Develop and keep informed on competitor activity within the region. Building and growing relationships in new and existing markets Achieve monthly and annual sales and gross margin targets/budgets Contribute to the continued growth and development of company as a member of the sales team. Growing Customer base through good communication and sales skills Organise and attend trade fairs and other promotional events. Requirements Previous sales experience ideally in an Ag machinery dealership environment. Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Suite, CRM and sales software systems Exceptional customer service skills Ability to seek sales opportunities Professional presentation Drivers Licence #J-18808-Ljbffr
