Position: Call Centre Consultant (Inbound/Outbound) Monday to Friday shifts, full‑time 38 hours per week, between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm. Small team environment with monthly team BBQs and Employee of the Month awards. Responsibilities As a high‑volume Contact Centre consultant, you will handle service and repair enquiries from the initial enquiry through to booking the client and liaising with various departments, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Qualifications Recent call centre experience with the ability to achieve set KPI’s. Highly motivated, reliable and trustworthy.
