What You'll Be Doing Joining our crew means you'll be on the front lines of road maintenance and construction. Your responsibilities will include: Operating Skid-Steers forroad profiling and clean-up tasks, which involves the crucial process of accurately removing existing road surfaces to prepare them for new layers. Playing a vital role in keeping South Australia moving by supporting essential road maintenance projects. General labouring duties such as shovelling, sweeping, spotting machinery, and site clean-up. Working outdoors in a dynamic, team-oriented setting. Learning from and growing alongside our experienced operators and supervisors. What We're Looking For We value dedication and a willingness to learn. Here’s what we need from you: At least1-2 years of experience operating Skid Steers/Bobcat. While experience in road works or construction is a plus, it's not strictly required. A valid White Card (Construction Induction Card). A current HR Truck Licence, or a commitment to obtain one within six months. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn and develop. Physical fitness and comfort working in various outdoor conditions. Bonus points if you have prior experience with road profiling machinery like 1m & 2m Wirtgen profilers – we're keen to leverage your expertise Why Join BildGroup?
