home_work Remote Posted 1 day ago About the role The National Health & Fitness Academy is seeking a talented People & Culture Coordinator to join our passionate team in our Brisbane office. In this full‑time role, you will play a key part in supporting our growing business through the coordination of all people and culture activities. What you’ll be doing Provide end‑to‑end recruitment support, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for new hires Manage the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation Administer and maintain employee records and documentation Assist with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices Coordinate employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives Provide HR administrative support and general enquiry management Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address people and culture priorities What we’re looking for Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar people and culture or HR coordinator role Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across the business Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation Experience with HRIS systems (Employment Hero preferred) and HR‑related software is highly desirable A genuine passion for supporting and developing people within a growing organisation What we offer Competitive salary and performance‑based bonuses Access to ongoing professional development and training opportunities Subsidised gym membership and wellness programmes Collaborative and supportive team culture About us The National Health & Fitness Academy is a leading provider of quality education and training in the health, fitness, and wellness industry.
