Whilst this role is based in Sydney, the team has an office in Melbourne and is open to speaking to Melbourne talent. Why this role? You’ll be joining a team of razor-sharp Qual researchers and strategists — deeply curious minds who love digging beneath the surface and connecting dots others miss. The work is diverse and strategic – spanning brand positioning, innovation, customer experience and U&A studies. It’s 100% customised. You’ll take the lead on end-to-end qualitative fieldwork – from in-depth interviews and groups to online communities and immersive ethnography. You’ll then turn human truths and cultural insight into compelling narratives that shape client strategy. Clients range from top ASX brands to gutsy challengers across finance, FMCG, retail, media, entertainment, and not-for-profit.
