SCCQ is seeking Personal Carers to join the care team at our Caloundra Residential Aged Care Home on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. 06th November, 2025 Join a supportive and friendly team working together to make a real difference not only for the people we care for, but also for each other. We are seeking permanent part-time Personal Carers to join our Southern Cross Care family, based at our beautiful Residential Aged Care Home in Caloundra. Working under the direction of the Enrolled & Registered Nurses, you will be providing person-centred, high-quality care to our residents. You will demonstrate compassion, sensitivity and maturity to provide personal care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, toileting and other support services depending on the individual residents' needs. You will hold a Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent) Medication Assist Competency (desirable) You will have an understanding of Aged Care and Residents rights and responsibilities You are dedicated to caring for older people to live their best lives You will work well within a team environment and have a friendly approachable manner Strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills You must be flexible with your availability of days and shift times including nights Who is Southern Cross Care Queensland?
