The Knowledge and Process Improvement Lead plays a key role in streamlining, optimising, and clearly documenting internal business processes across the organisation, with a focus on supply chain and wholesaling. This hands‑on role blends knowledge management, process improvement and learning support.The essence of this role is to ensures employees have access to the tools, knowledge resources, and training documentation to perform at their best, while also fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Another key component of the role involves enhancing system capabilities to improve visibility, decision‑making, and performance across the business. Responsibilities Document and maintain business processes Drive process improvement initiatives Promote a culture of continuous improvement Lead knowledge management efforts Develop learning and training resources Knowledge capture & validation Enhance system capabilities Engage and collaborate with stakeholders Support compliance and governance Support team collaboration Manage timely deliverables Qualifications Exceptional communication, collaboration and stakeholder relationship skills with a service oriented approach A least 5 years experience in a similar roles such as Knowledge Management, Instructional Designer or Business Process Analyst. Experience working with processes across a variety of functional areas including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT/ERP and Finance Strong skills in business process improvement Strong skills in change management Experience designing and developing knowledge sharing frameworks and engaging training material Exceptional documentation and technical writing skills Experience with Six Sigma This role will suit someone who wants to have impact, bring new ideas, enjoys variety and values a good corporate culture.
