Overview Job Description of Digital Producer in Sydney. Responsibilities Maintaining the end-to-end CMS production and delivery of Digital Hub programs of work in Digital Squad environment, with high level of customer experience and usability. Working in Agile Squads as subject matter expert for Digital production, the Producer is accountable for delivering hands on content changes via Content Management Systems and collaborating with UX, design, content, development and testing resources both internal and external to ensure quality delivery of all changes into production. The Producer will also ensuring all business stakeholders are engaged correctly, seek relevant approvals and document accordingly. Experience Required Strong hands on CMS experience 5 to 6 years experience (Vignette and AEM highly regarded). Hands on day to day content updates within CMS include using existing templates and modules, editing HTML and some simple js / json files, database updates, static file management, publishing activities. In depth knowledge of the end to end production, delivery and release management process including working in dev, test and prod environments. Collaboration in cross functional agile team including liaising with UX, designers, devs, testers. Understanding of Customer Centric design approach. Appreciation for good customer experience, layout and text composition. Detail-oriented, organised with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Client service management work to build relationships with key stakeholders including approvals and sign off and documentation. Initial investigation into project and BAU solutions for both customer facing and CMS development. Prepare impact assessments and work estimates. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding requirements and deliverables including defect management. Ensure all briefs and designs comply with legal and brand requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
