Nib Health Insurance Discount of 12% Excellent employee referral program, Bring the Crew with you Earn $6,000 + per successful candidate (conditions apply) Salary sacrifice & Novated Leases Approachable Management & Inclusive team culture Recognition for outstanding work, Reward program offering a wide range of discounts to assist with the cost of living Professional development and mentoring Flights from the nearest Australian capital cities are included FIFO from Perth Roster: 8/6 or 2/2 or 4/3 - depending on the project Only Australia-based candidates will be considered Tasks & responsibilities Communicate (written/verbal) clearly and concisely at all levels Conduct Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification activities Having conversations that reiterate the required WHS behaviours Develop and maintain internal and external relationships Maintain the Site Training Matrix, ensuring it is up-to-date and easily available to Site Management Ensure audits and inspections are undertaken in accordance with site and legislative requirements Ensure all incidents are reported, recorded, escalated, and then investigated as per MLG requirements Support the MLG Injury Management process Qualifications & experience Australia-based candidates Certificate IV or Diploma OHS/WHS Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) Current Australian Driver's License Ability to pass a Pre-employment medical + DAS Use of Safety Management Software (MYOSH or similar) Knowledge and understanding of regulatory framework for Work Health and Safety (state and national) Working Knowledge of Injury Management and return-to-work requirements Acting as the first point of contact for WHS queries and advice Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Passion for safety management Desired Skills and Experience Does this sound like you?
