Employment Type: Part‑Time (13 hours/week), Ongoing Salary: Grade 3 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging About the Role: Join Western Health’s Paediatric Services team as a Paediatric Allied Health Assistant. This role supports Allied Health professionals in delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care to children and families across community health settings. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will assist with therapy programs, resource development, group and individual sessions, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Support Allied Health staff in providing paediatric services under supervision. Assist with therapy programs, group activities, and client engagement. Prepare and maintain resources, toys, and assessment tools. Undertake administrative tasks including accurate documentation and data entry. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives. About You: Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively. Demonstrated ability to work independently.
