Deliver expert clinical decision‑making in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments Lead and mentor RPN3 and Allied Health Grade 2 clinicians rostered on shift Support the ongoing development and improvement of the acute intervention service Act up in leadership capacity during periods of manager leave, assisting with daily operational coordination Collaborate with emergency and community partners to ensure safe and coordinated care pathways About You An experienced Mental Health Clinician (RPN4, OT3, SW3, or Psych3) with a passion for acute care and crisis response Skilled in leadership, clinical assessment, and multidisciplinary collaboration Committed to consumer‑centred, recovery‑oriented care Please note Barwon Health will only contact you via our official email and never use unconventional means, such as text messaging or other services.
