We’re seeking a confident, customer-focussed Casual Digital Sales Assistant to support our high-performing Consultants across our Gold Coast display homes Saturday to Monday, 9:45am–5:15pm. Plantation Homes forms part of the Henley Properties Group, established in 1989 with a vision to make home ownership more affordable for Australian families. What You’ll Do: Welcome and engage visitors in our award-winning display homes, creating a warm and professional first impression. Understand customer needs and guide them through a seamless, enjoyable experience. Maintain immaculate presentation of the display homes and ensure product information is current and compelling. Respond to digital leads via phone call, email, SMS, and online platforms with timely, professional follow-up. Cleanse and manage CRM data, ensuring customer records are accurate and up-to-date. Nurture customer relationships through consistent communication and tailored follow-ups. Support Sales Consultants with administrative tasks and lead management, gaining hands‑on industry experience. Track and report lead activity, helping the team optimise conversion strategies. What You Bring: A genuine interest in property and helping people find their dream home. Strong communication skills, both in-person and digitally (email, phone, SMS). Confidence using digital tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and lead management platforms. A proactive, team‑first attitude with a passion for learning and achieving goals. Basic understanding of the residential construction process or willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast‑paced environment. Tech‑savviness and comfort navigating online platforms and mobile apps. Why Join Us?
