Lessor Workforce is a workforce management platform focused on time and attendance and shift planning. It provides tools to register hours, plan shifts, track absences and supply accurate data for payroll. The system gives companies a clear overview of staffing and attendance in one place. Why this role matters As Product Manager, you will be the vital link between company strategy and delivery. You’ll ensure that products not only meet customer needs but also create measurable value for the company. This is your chance to take ownership, influence product direction, and make an impact across the organization. What You’ll Do Define and communicate the product roadmap Gather insights from customers, market trends, and data to inform product decisions Drive product initiatives from concept to delivery Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality outcomes Set and measure success through key metrics and continuously improve the product Who You Are 3–5 years of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably in SaaS and the HR / workforce management domain Strong understanding of agile principles and software delivery Analytical, data‑driven skills to track product performance and make informed decisions Excellent communication and collaboration skills A structured and proactive work style, and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Fluent English skills (written and spoken) Why join us?
