The Role: SDR We’re seeking someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and driving high-quality engagement with prospective customers. You will be a critical part of our sales engine and play a central role in expanding Deliver’s footprint across Australia. Key Responsibilities Generate high-quality leads and convert them into qualified meetings Deliver engaging capability presentations to new prospects Coordinate, manage, and analyse lead data sets and CRM activity Execute structured follow-ups and maintain pipeline discipline Support the GM – with sales planning, outreach, and campaign activity Contribute to marketing, targeted outreach, and growth initiatives Progress into a senior BD role over time, with exposure to enterprise clients and major national growth initiatives. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence across phone, email, and video outreach Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong willingness to learn and grow 1–3 years’ experience in sales, SDR/BDR, or lead-generation roles Ability to work autonomously, think commercially, and thrive within a fast-paced, high-growth environment Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and articulating Deliver’s value proposition clearly Proficient in using digital tools, CRM platforms, and modern outreach systems to manage pipeline and activity Why Deliver Group?
