Based at Ryde Hospital you will be working in the cardiology ward, Heart Failure Clinic and in the community setting. Where you'll be working Ryde HospitalRyde Hospital is having an incredible $479 million complete hospital redevelopment that will transform the delivery of healthcare for the Ryde local community. What You'll Be Doing Assessing, educating heart failure patients and their families. You will work closely with cardiologist/GPs in the heart failure clinic and supporting patients in the community. Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nurse Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification or such other qualifications or relevant equivalent experience. Demonstrated knowledge and ability to mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance professional development. Demonstrated skills in computer use and applications such as Windows, word processing and database. Need more information?
