Our 99% customer retention rate speaks for itself. We are seeking expressions of interest for Project Managers to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) Consulting team. As a Project Manager, you'll partner with customers to understand their business needs and shape strategies that drive long-term success. You'll build strong, trusted relationships through clear and consistent communication, providing regular updates on progress and deliverables while ensuring all AMS commitments are met. You'll also exercise sound commercial judgement to protect project outcomes and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What you’ll be doing… Lead multiple concurrent projects, managing scope, quality, schedule, risks and resources using established methodologies and governance frameworks. Drive projects through all phases using PM Handbook tools, ensuring accurate plans, documentation, risks, issues and acceptance milestones. Build strong peer-level relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain strict control over project scope, budget and changes through established change control processes. Deliver projects on time, within budget and in alignment with agreed commercial and contractual commitments. Identify and elevate opportunities to expand the customer relationship or support additional business needs. Ensure seamless handover from the sales process, including understanding all contractual or legal factors impacting delivery. Support customers by understanding their business drivers, maintaining strong relationships and communicating progress clearly and consistently. Contribute to continuous improvement by challenging existing processes, collaborating with enablement, product and industry teams and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency. Meet utilisation targets, uphold all policies, including WHS and proactively suggest improvements to strengthen operational excellence. Experience as a Project / Program Manager implementing ERP with projects ranging from a few hundred thousand to multi-million dollars. Experience managing subcontractors. Must have either Consulting or Vendor experience, managing Technology projects. Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects. Proven track record of influencing, negotiating, and engaging stakeholders to achieve great outcomes. Great communication skills, be detail oriented and comfortable diving into details when needed.
