We are committed to excellence in Sleep Services and are looking for a talented Sleep Apnea Technician to lead our team. Position Overview - We are looking for an energetic Sleep Apnea Technician to join our Team. Ideally you have previous Sleep Apnea or Pharmacy experience, with this role offering the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated Sleep Apnea Team in-store. The Sleep Apnea Team are extremely experienced and have a strong Team first culture within the Pharmacy, which will continue to develop with the successful candidate joining the team. This role is built to provide you with flexibility to suit your lifestyle and provide great work/life balance and can be a part-time position for the right candidate. Qualifications & Experience Experience working in Sleep Services in a Pharmacy or Retail environment. Reliable, punctual and a positive can-do attitude. A great attention to detail. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, each and every time. Ability to build on existing relationships and creating new customer relationships. An interest in regularly learning, developing and upskilling your personal skill set. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Strong computer literacy and well-versed in computer applications. Respectful of sensitive and confidential information. Tasks & Responsibilities Set up patients for CPAP therapy and provide ongoing one-on-one support to ensure successful treatment outcomes. Liaise with GPs and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CPAP equipment. Assist patients with product selection and provide guidance on therapy and equipment use. Manage sales administration tasks, including invoicing, inventory, and customer records. Working alongside the Team, delivering outstanding customer service to assist in the delivery of Pharmacy services.
