You willfocus on helpingour business customers shift the dial on their workforce skills gaps.You will drive sales of off-the-shelf products as well as tailored solutions to ensure businesses reskilling or upskilling for their employees to be future-ready.You’ll be part of the workforce development team, a group of highly motivated and passionate Business Development and Customer Success professionals to achieve RMIT Online’s business and revenue growth objectives. This role will deliver new customer revenues to RMIT Online and deliver key insights on workplace learning and development demands and trends to the sales, customer success, learner experience, marketing and product teams.You’ll engage with a wide range of key internal and external stakeholders to ensure we convert opportunities for online workforce training identified at RMIT Online.You’ll drive sales of online courses and tailored learning and development solutions that are focused on addressing the skills and talent shortages for employers across Australia.
