We’re looking for a Quality Control Assistant / Delivery Support team member to help ensure every van leaving our factory meets our strict quality standards. This role suits someone with a hands‑on approach, a strong eye for detail, and pride in producing work of the highest standard. About the Role Working closely with the Production Manager, you’ll assist in the inspection, testing, and presentation of caravans prior to delivery. You’ll play a key role in maintaining build consistency, quality control, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed inspections and quality checks on all caravans before handover. Identify faults, finish issues, or incomplete work for rectification. Assist in receiving caravans and materials , ensuring correct documentation. Support handover preparation and help present vans to customers. Work with workshop and admin teams to resolve any issues quickly. Maintain a clean and professional presentation across the handover and delivery areas. About You Great eye for detail and pride in presentation. Reliable, punctual, and motivated to produce high-quality results. Friendly, polite, and professional when dealing with customers and staff. Team player who enjoys practical, hands‑on work. A “can‑do” attitude with initiative to get things done. Basic mechanical or electrical understanding is advantageous but not essential.
