The Opportunity We are looking for the industry's best Assistant Manager to join our team. Be instrumental in delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests and team. The Ideal Candidate Must Have Experience as an Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium a-la-carte dining environment Proven track record in leading a high performing team Exceptional service skills and guest focus Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high-pressure service periods Proven ability in building effective relationships Organisational and time management skills Exceptional communication and presentation Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts Working with Lucas Collective At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
