You'll play a crucial role in assisting our customers when accidents happen, ensuring their experience is smooth and positive from start to finish. If you love problem-solving and providing exceptional service, this is the role for you What We’re Offering Important: This role starts on the 5th January 2026. Full‑time (37.5 hours per week) Rotational basis, with current operating hours from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Saturday shifts required every 2-3 weeks). What You’ll Be Responsible For Managing the Claims Process: Collaborate with outside experts to handle claims efficiently. Reviewing Reports: Analyze documents and make informed decisions regarding claims. Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Build rapport and offer outstanding service to customers. Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of your work. Time Management: Work well under pressure and manage your time effectively.
