Engineering Manager , reporting to the Technical Director of Engineering, to oversee the technical aspects of a multi-discipline engineering scope. This role will see you coordinate and deliver the various engineering, and start-up aspects of a project while meeting HSSE, quality, schedule, and budget performance goals across all disciplines.You will lead and support the delivery of the nominated project demonstrating best practice to implement and embed standards and processes in the delivery of engineering excellence. In addition, requiring you to embed key project management principles from execution and delivery, workforce planning, safety, engineering, through to financial/commercial management.Due to successful partnership with our clients, we are seeking experienced Engineering Manager who has built their career within design and execution of gold/copper processing plants, understanding of the complexities and locality challenges for successful execution.This opportunity is looking for an
Engineering Manager , experienced in medium to large scale EPCM projects will see you consult and collaborate with our clients on innovative solutions, when dealing with the complexities of large-scale operations.As part our engineering leadership team, we are looking for leader who can build and create a cohesive working relationship across a multi-disciplinary team.In addition, you will have the following skills/attributes.Bachelor’s degree or Masters in an engineering discipline, (Mechanical/Electrical/civil/Process)Chartered Engineer/Registered Professional Engineer or equivalent with recognized professional bodyBalance of technical and management experience at relevant level and position.Experienced in the EPCM delivery of major projects, working with international offices and GEC project modelsBroad and extensive knowledge of engineering theories and techniques and a high level of skill in application of this knowledge in the management of the engineering functionCapable of representing business and client to business associates in a professional manner.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate with a wide stakeholder group.Benefits on joining #TeamWoodWe are committed to creating an inspired culture with diversity and inclusion permeating every corner of our global organisation.
