Our mission is simple; we help our customers enjoy clean, healthy water, every day, from every tap. We are looking for a Customer Experience Officer to join our Filters department. This position requires a skilled communicator with excellent organizational abilities to reach out to our customers and facilitate their filter replacements. The role is primarily inbound, with occasional proactive outreach to support our customers when needed. About the role Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and text with professionalism and warmth. Consult and provide solutions to keep customers enjoying clean, healthy water. Process payments accurately and securely, maintaining a high level of care. Work closely with the inventory team to coordinate timely filter deliveries. Keep customer information accurate and up to date across all systems, including HubSpot, our CRM. About you Love helping people and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service. Communicate with clarity, warmth, and professionalism, whether on a call, email, or text. Have an eye for detail and pride yourself on getting things right. Are comfortable with technology and can quickly learn new systems (no need to be a CRM expert). Are goal-driven and motivated to contribute to team success.
