Responsibilities Deliver membership sales, group fitness bookings, program enrolments, program enquiries and merchandise sales within Council's aquatic and wellness facilities. Provide high level service to customers of the centre face‑to‑face, via email or telephone relating to activities and programs. Promote centre activities and benefits to enquiries, leads and prospects. Administer facility transactions, undertake financial reconciliation and shift reports. Maintain the Customer Record Management platform, including guiding customers in its use. Deliver customer service excellence with knowledge of all services and programs. Qualifications Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work a 7‑day rotating roster across multiple facilities. Paid NSW Working with Children Check Clearance. Previous experience in busy customer‑based environments. Cash handling experience and / or operation of Point‑of‑Sale systems. Experience working independently and within a team. Efficient at using online platforms for transactions and customer management. AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia Teacher qualifications (Desirable). Pool Lifeguard Certificate (Desirable). Current Australian First Aid (Level 2) and current CPR Certificate (Desirable). Fitness Qualifications (Desirable). What's On Offer Casual Opportunities We are offering an attractive hourly rate of $ plus 25% casual loading. How To Apply Candidates must apply online.
