Customer Experience Officer – Casual Apply to the Customer Experience Officer – Casual role at Careers at Council. The Role As a Customer Experience Officer you will be the welcoming face of our Centres – greeting members and guests, supporting core services (gymnastics, sport courts, gym, creche), and delivering exceptional service at all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person Process memberships, bookings, payments, and transactions Promote programs and services, guide patrons through the facility Support operations with admin tasks and occasional equipment setup Be available for both pre‑scheduled and short notice shifts About You You are positive, professional, and thrive in a customer‑facing environment. You are a great communicator who enjoys working as part of a team and promoting community health and wellbeing. You’ll Have Previous customer service experience with strong cash handling accuracy Team‑oriented attitude with excellent communication skills Confidence in promoting services and resolving enquiries Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain) Availability Shifts vary based on operational needs and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Hours vary by location.
