Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania. The Opportunity This exciting 12 Month Fixed-Term-Contract opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion. The Customer Experience Officer role offers an exciting, fast-paced opportunity where your primary focus will be delivering exceptional service to our ANZ clients. This position is integral to managing our communication channels and ensuring our clients receive top‑notch support. This role is an onsite position that requires you to work from our Sydney CBD office 5 days a week during core business hours (Monday to Friday). Responsibilities Handle and manage customer inquiries via phone (inbound & outbound), email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency. Utilise systems such as Outlook, SAP, and C4C to manage orders, follow up on deliveries, and address new business inquiries. Perform high-volume data entry, resolve stakeholder queries, and manage administrative tasks. Liaise with and support internal teams including Credit, Sales, and Logistics. Adjust to ongoing system and business transformations to support our evolving needs. Qualifications Prior inbound or outbound contact centre experience is essential. Fast-paced industry experience in FMCG or a similar sector is highly regarded. A friendly, approachable attitude that fosters strong relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven relationship building skills and ability to maintain effective collaborations. Capability to thrive in a changing environment and manage multiple priorities.
