Job Description This permanent, full‑time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You’ll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role. Service Location Camden South Shift Timings 06:30 am – 08:45 am 02:00 pm – 06:00 pm Weekly Hours 38 hours The Role – Be the Leader Who Makes a Lasting Impact As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you’ll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service. Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community. Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day. Foster genuine relationships with children and their families. Lead and roster a passionate team of educators. Manage service compliance and medical documentation.
