TeamKids - OSHC / Childcare - Coordinator (Director of Service) TeamKids Belimbla Park, New South Wales, Australia Job Description This is a fixed‑term, 6‑month maternity leave contract with the opportunity to extend. It is a full‑time role that offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You will be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role. Service Location: Cobbitty, NSW Hours: 7:00am – 9:00am + 2:30pm – 6:30pm + 8 hours admin; you will work across split shifts Monday to Friday. Role As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you will lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service. Key Responsibilities Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community. Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day. Foster genuine relationships with children and their families. Lead and roster a passionate team of educators. Manage service compliance and medical documentation. The Successful Candidate You’re a natural leader with a passion for teaching children.
