TeamKids - OSHC/Childcare - 2IC Location: Spring Farm NSW 2570. We are looking for a Second in Charge (2IC) to join our leadership team in launching and developing a new OSHC service. This permanent, part‑time role offers hands‑on experience in the OSHC industry, supported by a Director of Service. Working hours: Split shifts, Monday to Friday – 6:30 am‑8:45 am and 2:25 pm‑6:00 pm, 38 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Lead high‑quality care and create memorable experiences for children. Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies. Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on children’s preferences. Foster genuine relationships with children and their families. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain program standards. Play and have fun with primary‑school aged children. Requirements Previous experience in Before/After School Care or education (ideal, but we can train). Thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals. Strong team player with excellent problem‑solving skills and a can‑do, positive attitude. Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children. Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves having fun. Relevant Diploma (equivalent or working towards) as per ACECQA standards.
