Overview Join the Department of Transport and Main Roads as a Senior Advisor (Information Management) on The Wave (Rail) project, a generational infrastructure initiative that will revolutionise travel across the Sunshine Coast region with heavy passenger rail from Beerwah to Birtinya and metro‑style connections to Mountain Creek, Maroochydore CBD and the Sunshine Coast Airport. Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is a vital government agency dedicated to moving and connecting people, places, goods and services safely, efficiently and effectively around Queensland. Responsibilities Delivering high‑quality document management services to support project teams and ensure effective record management. Implementing and maintaining the project’s Information Management Plan, including procedures, standards and work instructions. Building and managing stakeholder relationships to support integration, delivery and continuous improvement of document management systems. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality assurance and document control across the program of works. Developing and maintaining documents, correspondence and registers using systems such as InEight and Content Manager.
