We’re looking for an Accountant to join our Melville MG dealership. Here’s the deal: 1-2 years' experience required – along with a strong work ethic, a genuine curiosity, and a desire to learn. Responsibilities General ledger reconciliations as directed by Financial Controller Monthly GST Reporting Requirements Lease Schedule Update & Reconciliation Daily Bank Statement Entry and Reconciliation Perform daily vehicle floorplan Payouts & Bailments Assist in administering Dealership OHS requirements Regular review of Vehicle Debtors Review & Reconciliation of Toyota manufacturer claims Completion of Daily Cashflow spreadsheet Liaise with various managers and staff to resolve issues or queries that may arise Liaise between departments & central admin to resolve various issues Review and code internal charges Assist the Financial Controller to maintain all facets of the administration department including creditors, debtors, new and used vehicles, payroll, cash flow, end of month, financial statements and the like.
