About the Role We are seeking an ambitious Technical Producer to join our team in early 2026. As a Technical Producer, you will be a key member of our production team, working to plan and deliver “audience first” experiences on a wide range of corporate events including conferences, incentive events, product launches, networking events, gala dinners, activations and virtual events. You are not afraid of hard work or long hours, and you also enjoy travel – as this role will allow you to travel both locally and globally. You have a strong background in technical production/direction and can demonstrate hands‑on experience in a key technical discipline such as audio, vision or lighting (vision experience will be considered favourably). Technical direction, design and production is something that you live for and staying across all of the latest trends in technology is second nature to you. Most of you love working as part of a fun and dynamic team. You will need to hit the ground running, so you must have a minimum of five years’ experience working in a similar role, ideally within an agency environment. Work Activities The Technical Producer works alongside other production staff, such as Senior Producers, to both lead and/or support the technical aspects of delivering an event. They provide technical guidance and advice to clients and Veritas staff, design and implement creative technical solutions for events, and manage onsite coordination and delivery. They also take a lead production role on certain events and client relationships that have a more technical production focus. Typical tasks include: Pre and post‑event production / administration Attend internal and customer briefings regarding specific projects Research and development of concepts, ideas, and input to client proposals Preparation of production proposals including preparation of presentation materials required for a client pitch e.g. mood boards, floorplans and layouts, renders Development and management of production budgets, ensuring expected financial targets are maintained Review AV quotes for projects and provide recommendations as required to meet with event delivery needs and business goals Provide advice on venue suitability for technical delivery and attend site visits Preparation and updates of documents for client approval – e.g design proofing Liaise with and coordinate third party resources/vendors as required Collect and collate content for on‑site playback and presentations Work alongside the Digital Media team or external content developers to create and develop additional content as required Create schedules and relevant documentation for onsite production including production schedules, show runs, briefing documents, floor plans Preparation of risk assessments Attend and report at client WIP meetings Record and log time spent on projects via timesheets Complete project reconciliations Actively participate in internal Veritas staff meetings and social events Research new technologies and creative technical solutions and contribute to educating Veritas team members and clients on technical production trends Attend event locations (domestically and internationally as required) Manage onsite production deliverables and vendors including setup, packdown, content and show elements Provide show direction including client, presenter and talent management Show calling Assist other team members (e.g. operations team) with onsite deliverables at times when there is no production requirements Other skills and qualifications A strong background in corporate audio‑visual production is required Exceptional time management and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines High level experience with Vectorworks, providing both 2D floorplans and 3D renders Mid-level experience of MS Office products incl Word, Excel and Powerpoint Experience with the Adobe Suite incl Photoshop (preferred) Experience with Canva (preferred) Australian passport and right to work in Australia Job Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/EditingIndustries: Events Services We would love to hear from you If this sounds like you, make our day We would love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
