The Opportunity This is not your typical management role. As State Allied Health Manager Victoria you’ll be the driving force behind all clinical and operational success in your state. Lead and inspire the inaugural multidisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists in Victoria. Build your state’s presence from the ground up from clinic setup to community partnerships and referrer networks. Shape culture and set the standard for excellence collaboration and innovation. Recruit exceptional clinicians and build a team that reflects your leadership and values. Partner closely with the national leadership team to drive national strategy and innovation.
