Join to apply for the HR Generalist / WHS Advisor role at PERSOL APAC Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for safety, compliance, and people? This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the HR and Work Health & Safety function within a well established growing community services organisation that genuinely lives its values. Working closely with the Executive Manager and senior leadership team, you’ll build and refine HR and WHS frameworks, blending strategic thinking with day‑to‑day, hands‑on support. You’ll play a key role in embedding culturally safe, trauma‑informed practices and ensuring compliance across HR, governance, and safety systems. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement foundational HR policies and procedures. Provide advice on employee relations, performance, and wellbeing. Coach and support leaders to foster engagement and accountability. Oversee WHS systems, policies, and procedures across multiple sites. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and return‑to‑work coordination. Promote a proactive safety culture that centres psychological and cultural safety. Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning and organisational development. About You Qualification in Human Resources, WHS, or a related discipline . Solid experience in a generalist HR and/or WHS advisory role. Strong knowledge of Fair Work, WHS legislation, and compliance . Experience working with or interpreting the SCHADS Award . Ability to develop frameworks, policies, and systems in a growing organisation. Background in Community Services, Disability, or Aged Care is desirable.
