We handle the invoicing and manage the admin side of the business, allowing you to focus on what you do best: solving tech problems. About you A passion for technology – you’ll be helping set up, fix, and provide ongoing support for laptops, phones, printers, Wi‑Fi routers and more. A history of providing on‑site tech support in a home or office environment. Great customer service and communication skills. The ability to explain technical issues without the jargon. Your own vehicle and current driver’s licence. Your own toolkit, troubleshooting equipment and parts inventory. You hold an Australian Business Number (ABN) and maintain all necessary insurance for your business activities.
