What will you be involved in?As Legal Counsel at Landmark, you'll be responsible for:
Managing external legal; firms contracted to Landmark Group for various matters.Providing comprehensive legal support across various aspects of our business operations. This includes ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and offering strategic guidance to our management team.Provide legal advice and support to the CEO and senior managers on legal and governance matters.Review and assess contracts, leasing documents, and other legal documents.Represent Landmark in legal proceedings and mediations, in conjunction with external legal counsel.Increase knowledge and awareness of legal matters within Landmark.Ensure company activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions.Handle disputes, claims, and litigation matters.Advise on corporate governance matters.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions and analysis.Provide legal training and guidance to company employees.Develop and implement company policies and procedures for legal compliance.Minimise legal costs with our external partnership law firms.06th May, 2024
