Role Summary As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart, you will ignite a love of learning in children, guide their development with purposeful, energetic teaching practices, build strong, meaningful relationships with families, mentor and inspire educational practices in your classroom, and collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop, review and implement high‑quality early learning programs that achieve outstanding outcomes for our children. Build strong, meaningful relationships with families to ensure every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive. Collaborate with centre leadership to develop, review and implement high‑quality early learning programs. Mentor and inspire educational practices within your room, supporting peers and enhancing professional practice. Achieve outstanding outcomes for children by applying evidence‑based strategies and continuous assessment. Qualifications Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved). Hold active registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT). Prior experience as a Teacher in a school or early learning setting is desirable; candidates new to the profession are welcome.
