Qualifications Experience in customer service, call centres, or member services. Calm, courteous, and professional – even under pressure. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Problem‑solving ability and a solution‑focused mindset. Experience with various computer software and systems (MS Office, Outlook, etc.). Team‑first attitude and a drive for continuous improvement.
