Join our Customer Service Consultant team for a 12th of January start Full‑time contract through to December 2026. Monday to Friday – no weekends. Brisbane CBD Location. Randstad will be collaborating with several companies to support their business support functions. As a Customer Service Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing solutions, offering guidance, and ensuring a seamless experience across multiple communication channels. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels, delivering solutions quickly and efficiently. Address and resolve customer complaints professionally, with empathy and understanding, ensuring a positive outcome for all. Work closely with your team and stakeholders to meet customer needs and exceed expectations. Accurately enter and maintain customer records using CRM software. Handle escalated issues with professionalism. Your Skills & Experience A minimum of 3 months in a call‑center environment or at least 12 months in a customer‑service role. Exceptional communication abilities and a customer‑centric mindset. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Quick learner, open to learning new skills, and thrives in a fast‑moving environment where no two days are the same.
