WHAT WE CAN OFFER Our Business Development Centre is housed within our state‑of‑the‑art Audi Centre Melbourne showroom, with new office space. We offer flexible work hours and access to the gym and wellness centre. Located in the CBD, we’re close to shops and public transport. We have a fantastic supportive team environment with opportunity for career progression within the Zagame Automotive Group. ABOUT YOU Demonstrated experience in a call centre and/or customer service role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to work within a team environment and build rapport quickly, both with internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience in the Automotive Industry is highly regarded. Relevant experience using telephony and CRM systems beneficial.
