About the Role: As a Customer Service Consultant , you will be the voice of our brand working across multiple channels. This position will be based at our head office in Warwick Farm . You’ll spend your day confidently tackling a wide variety of customer enquiries using empathy, understanding and problem‑solving. To be successful in this role you need to have previous customer service skills coupled with excellent technical skills, a positive outlook, a friendly approach, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
