Administrative Support Officer-Access and Intake South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join our Access and Intake team at the Warrnambool Community Health Centre. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, supporting their access to essential health services through reception duties, referral processing, appointment coordination, and collaboration with a skilled multidisciplinary team. Employment Type: Permanent part-time position - 40 hours per fortnight Location: Warrnambool Campus Classification: Administrative Grade 1 Salary range: $58,442.80 - $64,610.00 (pro rata) plus superannuation About the Role South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administrative Support Officer to join our Access and Intake team. Based at the Warrnambool Community Health Centre, you will be a key part of ensuring clients receive timely and coordinated care. Your days will be varied and rewarding - welcoming clients at reception, processing and triaging referrals, scheduling appointments, and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to keep things running smoothly.
