The Opportunity Fitness First is opening a brand-new, premium club in Double Bay in June 2026 - and we’re building a front-of-house team that will set the standard for member experience from day one. We’re looking for confident, service-focused Member Support Consultants to join us from early 2026 for the pre-sales phase and continue into the club’s launch and beyond. As the first point of contact for prospective and existing members, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Fitness First Double Bay experience to life — showcasing our Diamond-level signature concepts , state-of-the-art training zones, premium lounges, and full-scale Revive Recovery suite featuring traditional and red-light saunas, cold plunges, cryotherapy, massage chairs and more. This role blends premium service , value-based selling , and meaningful conversations that help people choose the right membership for their lifestyle and goals. Key Responsibilities Pre-opening (early 2026 – June 2026) Support the pre-sales campaign by engaging potential members and showcasing the club’s premium offering Deliver a polished, professional experience at every touchpoint — in-person, over the phone, and at offsite activations Build excitement and trust by guiding prospects through the membership options and Diamond-level experiences Contribute to achieving pre-sales targets through confident, value-focused conversations Post-opening (June 2026 onwards) Welcome new and existing members with a warm, attentive, and service-first approach Handle membership enquiries, tours, sign-ups, and onboarding conversations Deliver exceptional service at the front desk, ensuring every member’s visit feels premium and seamless Support retention through positive interactions, problem-solving, and proactive engagement Uphold club standards across presentation, operations, and member experience Collaborate with your Membership Manager and team to achieve sales and service goals About You You’re confident, polished, and passionate about elevating the member experience. You know how to hold a great conversation, make people feel valued, and sell genuinely on brand and experience . We’re looking for: Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality — ideally in a premium environment Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor conversations to different people A service mindset, with a genuine desire to help members feel supported and understood Confidence in achieving KPIs through warm, consultative sales interactions A professional presence and the ability to represent a flagship club with pride What we can offer you We can give you a career with meaning - where you can see how your actions positively impact the lives of others on a daily basis.
