The Role Get hands‑on content production: capture behind‑the‑scenes moments, edit short‑form and long‑form content, and help bring the Slyletica brand and our founder’s personal brand to life online. Work closely with the founder, team, and clients to ensure every moment is captured and used. Travel to locations such as China, Dubai, L.A., and wherever else the world takes us. What You'll Be Doing Film BTS content at studio, client shoots, meetings, and events. Create and edit Reels, long‑form YouTube episodes, and paid‑ad content rapidly and on brand. Repurpose live advisory calls and in‑person sessions into landing‑page, ad, and social content. Capture moments you know will perform—without being told. Turn content ideas from the founder or team into creative assets quickly. Work directly with the founder to build a strong and consistent personal brand. Publish across platforms and maintain high content velocity. Travel and capture BTS footage with founders to China, Dubai, L.A., and elsewhere. Build a lean, high‑output rhythm—create more, overthink less. What We're Looking For Edited short‑form and long‑form video before—fast production. Confident filming with iPhone, DSLR, or available gear. Experience creating Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts that perform. Don’t wait for perfection—test, adapt, and move. Strong storytelling eye; understand what makes people stop scrolling and subscribe. Self‑led, organized, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Bonus: experience with fashion, creative agencies, or e‑commerce brands. The Details Location: Melbourne‑based – studio and team in Windsor. Ideally in‑person 2–3 days per week (flexible around key shoots, planning, delivery). Open to part‑time or full‑time —the right person matters. Immediate start available.
