Overview AI Training Facilitator role at Pathfindr. Location: Australia-based (ideally Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne). The Melbourne team has moved into an office at 180 Flinders Street and operates in a hybrid environment. Pathfindr helps teams upskill across AAPAC on how to use off-the-shelf AI tools. Our AI Accelerators combine real-world tools, practical training, and hands-on support to embed AI capability at every level. We’re looking for facilitators to deliver programs with clarity, energy, and impact. You will become an AI expert and will need to be hungry to learn, comfortable in front of a room, and excited to help people actually use AI tools in their work. What you’ll do Research, design and deliver AI learning sessions for mid-sized and enterprise clients Tailor content to different industries, roles, and AI maturity levels Work with our AI Explorer to bring tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot to life Create practical resources (cheat sheets, toolkits, exercises) Share real-world use cases and keep content fresh Help teams build the confidence and capability to use AI every day What you’ll bring 2–4 years’ experience in a role involving training or facilitation (e.g., customer onboarding, product enablement, or digital adoption) Comfortable leading sessions in-person and virtually Strong communication skills to make complex ideas simple and engaging Interest in AI and willingness to get hands-on with tools quickly Hungry to grow and develop in a fast-moving environment Who this is not for Senior L&D leaders or managers seeking a purely strategic role (this is an executor role supported by the business) People who prefer to stay behind the scenes and avoid facilitation Those seeking a slow-paced environment — we move fast Anyone not curious about AI and its workplace applications What success looks like Customers leave sessions ready to apply what they’ve learned Clients see real changes in how people work You grow your own skills while helping shape Australia’s AI capability team Why Pathfindr?
