Permanent Full Time We are expanding our team and would love you to join us You will play a key part in providing administrative and compliance support to ensure the smooth operation of Qualify’s registered training organisation and employment services. The position plays a key role in supporting quality training delivery, reporting, and efficient program operations in our Mildura office. About the role Manage participant files, including registrations, pre‑training assessments, enrolments, eligibility checks, document collection, and accurate data entry. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date program records including attendance, assessments, blended learning records, placements and evidence of outcomes. Conduct participant support follow up with participants to monitor progress and facilitate referrals to support services as needed. Conduct pre‑training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements. Provide administrative and compliance support to ensure smooth program delivery. Coordinate the secure issuing, storage, and tracking of participant assessments and data. Update, monitor and maintain accurate records in systems, including the student management system, SharePoint, and external databases (e.g., DEWR SEE System) ensuring full compliance. Skills and Qualifications Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an RTO or employment services environment. Qualification in business, administration or similar (preferred).
