Randstad is proud to be recruiting for an experienced Pre-Contracts Manager that have worked on civil construction projects for a role based in Hobart. About the Company Employing over 150 staff and being in operation for over 25 years, the company has been going from strength to strength, delivering a variety of services to their customer base that includes; civil construction and environmental management, among others. About the Opportunity As the Pre- Contracts Manager, you will lead the entire tendering process, from start to finish. You will organise pre-tender briefings, manage submissions, and work with estimators to ensure contracts are successfully signed. You will get to lead the team, where you will be to help them grow and make sure the tenders submissions are accurate and compliant, and completed and submitted within a timely manner. About you This role is ideal for an experienced Pre-Contracts Manager that has at least 8 years demonstrated experience within the Civil Construction industry and have the ability to ensure all tendering activity complies with regulatory and company standards. To be considered for the role you must; Have a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline Ideally have contract law or procurement training (ideal, but not essential) Have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams.
