Role The Regional Pharmacy Sales Manager is primarily responsible for leading Pharmacy sales teams across NSW, ACT & QLD to maximize performance and profitability. This will be achieved through empowering and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets through monitoring and evaluating team performance and providing professional and technical support when required. This role will consistently demonstrate and represent our values and spirit to our external partners and internal workforce. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and objectives. Monitor and evaluate team performance against key performance indicators, consistently update KPIs to ensure relevant and supporting business objectives. Provide coaching and training to develop the teams sales capabilities Work closely with Field Coach to continue to develop their effectiveness & commercial acumen Understand account needs and help to solve problems as they arise to maximise sales outcomes. Help coach and support National Account Managers to build strong promotional plans and deliver growth outcomes. Work closely with MOES (Marketing, Sales Operations, Enablement and Sales) team to share wins, challenges and ways we can continue to improve. Work closely with Brand Managers to share feedback on the market and competitor activities. Key Requirements Proven sales track record, people leadership and management skills Strong understanding of pharmacy retail market and understand the importance of HCP endorsement for consumer health products. Minimum 10 years Sales Management & Leadership experience in pharmacy retail channel. Experience managing commercial partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyse market data, identify opportunities, and make strategic recommendations. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently. Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field.
