Flexible Work Options – part-time hours (9am–3pm, Mon–Fri) considered for the right candidate. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and grow fleet sales accounts. Build strong relationships with both new and existing fleet customers. Identify business opportunities to expand our reach. Negotiate and close deals with novated leasing companies. Provide expert advice on vehicle selection, pricing, and service. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Consistently achieve (and exceed) sales targets & KPIs. You’ll be the trusted expert our fleet clients turn to, delivering tailored solutions that drive growth. What We’re Looking For Experience in Novated Leasing, Fleet Sales, or Automotive Account Management . Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. A strong, customer-first approach to building relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
